Haley McPherson represents and counsels clients across various industries in connection with intellectual property matters, focusing on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement as well as copyright registration. Haley also leverages her expertise to assist clients in drafting cease and desist letters, assignment agreements, and coexistence agreements, while also guiding visionaries in the development of their brands.

Prior to joining Gottlieb, Rackman & Reisman, Haley was an Associate in the Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at a mid-sized general practice firm.  In law school, Haley was a member of the PTO Trademark Clinic where she represented entrepreneurs on a pro bono basis.
