On February 17, Marc P. Misthal gave a CLE presentation to the Monmouth Bar Association entitled “#Infringement: Trademark and Copyright Concerns on Social Media.” The CLE covered issues such as the unauthorized use of images on websites and blogs; hashtags as trademarks; spoilers; and fan works.
