Donna Mirman Broome has an extensive background in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, specializing in matters of trade dress and ornamentation. In her former position as a Trademark Examining Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, much of her work focused on the food, beverage, and restaurant industries. Most recently, Ms. Mirman Broome been active in the fields of jewelry and apparel.
