Ariel Peikes is involved in all areas of trademark,
copyright, and unfair competition litigation. He works
directly with designers, restaurants, and other businesses
to establish and to protect their intellectual property
rights.
Mr. Peikes interned with the firm in 2006, during his last
semester of law school. After practicing litigation, labor,
employment, and education law for four years,
Mr. Peikes returned to the firm as an associate in November
2010.
He has appeared as counsel in numerous trials and hearings
before administrative bodies. He has also presented legal
arguments orally before state and federal courts and
submitted briefs to appellate courts, including the New
Jersey Supreme Court.
